(1) Auditors Act, 2031 has been repealed (2) If an auditor recognized by the Auditor General's Department is recognized as a recognized auditor for the purposes of that law in any existing law, after the commencement of this Act, such recognized auditor shall be deemed to mean a member who has received a professional certificate in accordance with this Act.
